Hyderabad: The much-talked about Hyderabad Habitat Centre (HHC) project modelled after the India Habitat Centre at New Delhi which was to come up at Izzatnagar is now put on hold. It is more than three years now since the project was mooted but there has been no headway.Speaking to The Hans India, HMDA Commissioner T Chiranjeevulu said, “We are not moving forward with the Hyderabad Habitat Centre project as the land is under mortgage to the bank and the proposal has to be revised in the context of the new state.”
