Delhi has not built a single household toilet over the last two years under Swachh Bharat Mission. The target for the cleanliness mission for Delhi is 1.25 lakh individual household toilets till 2019. Under community and public toilets, the city has built 7,088 against a target of 19,559 toilets.
A senior urban development ministry official told ET: “These targets have not been set by the ministry unilaterally. These were set by Delhi government in consultation with the urban development ministry.”
