Motorists and pedestrians are most vulnerable at 10 very specific, and very deadly stretches of road in the national Capital.
These black spots comprise merely 30 km of road length - 0.01 per cent of total road in Delhi but they result into an average 250 fatal and serious accidents every year.
However, road researchers and scientists have come out with a Rs 52-crore plan which, they claim, can save nearly 21,000 fatal and serious accidents over the next 20 years.
